We are children and we like CocoReborn
I want to buy a reborn baby doll for a boy or girl, but I don't know if it's an appropriate gift.
Many people, including some Reborn artists, believe that reborn dolls are only for collectors and are never suitable for children. Our experience has shown us that the children who enjoy our reborn dolls are usually very responsible and therefore rarely have problems with breakage or loss. The age at which children typically request or want one of our reborn dolls is between 6 and 15 years old.
I'm a girl or a boy and I love your dolls. Why don't you answer me?
We're thrilled by the number of messages we've received from our underage fans and we're so grateful! However, our country's laws prohibit the use of social media by anyone under 16, so we can only respond to adults. Please ask an adult to contact us and we'll answer all your questions!
Shipment
How much are the shipping costs for babies?
Shipping within mainland Spain is free for orders over €600. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, VAT is not charged and shipping costs €50. Shipping within the European Union costs €30.
For any other part of the world, shipping costs range from €100 to €375. This price does not include any customs fees in your country, except for Mexico where these are covered.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide without any problems.
How long does shipping take once the baby is finished?
In Spain, delivery takes 19 to 72 hours. In the rest of the world, delivery takes 5 to 15 days. During peak periods with high parcel volume, such as the months leading up to Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer, so it's necessary to place orders in advance.
About babies
Do the babies come with accessories?
Each shipment comes in a beautiful box with accessories and surprises, wrapped with great care.
What accessories does my CocoReborn baby come with?
Each model has different accessories.
Accessories may vary depending on our supplier's availability. We always try to surprise you in the best way possible by including high-quality gifts that match each model.
Can babies pee?
Babies may wet their diapers while drinking from a water bottle if it has a built-in liquid system. This is not included by default in our models; it's an optional extra that we can add for an additional €80 to €150, depending on the model.
Can I bathe my baby?
Yes, silicone babies, unlike vinyl ones, can be bathed. Consult the care manual (included with your reborn baby purchase) or our "Care and Maintenance" section on our website for more details.
Can they be customized?
The reborn babies in the "Personalized Babies by You" section can be customized to your liking in terms of hair type and color, as well as eye and skin color. On selected models, you can also choose a boy or girl gender expression.
The reborn babies we have in the "Customized Babies by the Artist's Team" section of our website cannot be customized: They are reborn babies already created and customized by Cocoreborn ready for immediate shipment.
Do Cocoreborn babies come with a warranty?
All our baby products include a two-year warranty and free repair insurance, guaranteeing their maintenance and repair in case of damage. This is included with your order along with your certificate of authenticity. Please see the "Warranty and Insurance" section of our website.
What is CocoReborn's exclusive free repair insurance?
It is insurance with which we commit to repairing breakages, repainting, refinishing, joining limbs, gluing eyes, putting the fluid system back into operation and repairing eyelashes if during a period of two years your baby suffers any damage.
Why are silicone babies so expensive?
The material used for our babies is the finest platinum silicone, as are the paints and solvents, the eyes, and the mohair hair, which are always of the highest quality. Each baby born at CocoReborn is a work of art, handcrafted from start to finish with premium, expensive materials. It involves many hours of entirely artisanal work, applying specialized techniques and using very complex materials. We take great care in every detail and in providing excellent customer service. Each reborn baby is a unique and unrepeatable piece.
Are all silicone baby dolls expensive?
You can find baby dolls at all price points on the market, but silicone baby dolls are generally more expensive due to the high cost of materials and the hours of work involved in making each one. At CocoReborn, this ensures the safety of our customers and the durability of our baby dolls.
Beware of copies and counterfeits; besides stealing the work of other artists, they often use toxic silicones and prohibited materials that can endanger you.
There are baby dolls that have reached prices of up to 20,000 euros. Don't be shocked; they are genuine works of art. These are babies where hyperrealism surpasses all limits thanks to the talent, dedication, and highly professional technique of their creators.
There are no expensive or cheap babies, only babies of higher or lower quality. At Cocoreborn, we focus on offering quality, care, and attention to every detail.
