Mercedes Álvarez, a graduate in fine arts, with a module in characterization and special effects and a master's degree in research and creation in art, has more than 10 years of professional dedication to hyperrealistic silicone sculpture.
Passionate about the world of dolls, she started her own project “Coco Reborn” in 2016. In Granada, where the workshop-laboratory for creating silicone babies is located, along with a small team of collaborators passionate about the project.

A few years later, at the beginning of my artistic career, I began to rescue them as a means of expression.
