Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our silicone reborn baby dolls, ordering and care.
Ordering, shipping, care and more
How do I place an order?
Add your chosen doll to the cart and submit the checkout form. We then email you to confirm availability, your exact shipping quote and secure payment instructions. You can also use the contact page or email us. No payment is taken on the website itself.
What is the price range for your dolls?
Our silicone reborn baby dolls currently range from $700 to $1,150. The price is shown on every product card and product page.
What does "Reserved" mean?
A doll marked Reserved has already been purchased or is on hold for a customer, so it cannot be added to the cart. You are welcome to contact us to ask about similar dolls.
What is the difference between full body and partial silicone?
Full body silicone dolls are made entirely of silicone for maximum softness and a natural weight. Partial silicone dolls typically combine silicone limbs and head with a different body type, which can feel lighter in the arms.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. Send us your address and we will provide an exact quote before you finalise your order.
How do I care for my silicone reborn doll?
Handle gently, support the head, and store in a clean, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Use a soft dry cloth for light cleaning. See our care guide for more.
Can I request a custom doll?
We currently focus on the dolls listed in our shop. Contact us if you have a question about a specific style and we will let you know what is possible.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery when the doll is unused and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
