How shipping works

1. Order request. Add a doll to your cart and submit the checkout form, or contact us.
2. Confirmation and quote. We email you to confirm availability and send an exact shipping quote for your address.
3. Payment. Once you agree to the quote, we send secure payment instructions.
4. Shipping. Your doll is checked, carefully packaged and shipped. We share tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Worldwide delivery

We ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the doll you choose, so we provide a personal quote rather than a flat rate.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country. These are set by local authorities and are normally the buyer's responsibility. If you are unsure, check with your local customs office or ask us.

Damaged on arrival?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the doll and packaging. See returns & refunds.
