2. Products and pricing

We offer a curated collection of silicone reborn baby dolls. Prices are shown in US dollars on each product. Status labels on products mean:

• Available: the doll can be requested through the cart or contact page; availability is confirmed before payment.
• Reserved: the doll has been purchased or placed on hold by another customer and cannot be ordered.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are processed manually for personal service. When you submit an order request, no payment is taken. We email you to confirm availability and your shipping quote, then send secure payment instructions. An order is final only once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping and delivery

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under specific conditions. See Returns & Refunds.

6. Limitation of liability

Our reborn dolls are collectibles intended for display and comfort. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.
