Return window

Because silicone reborn dolls are delicate and hygiene-sensitive, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The doll must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, clothing and tags intact.

Return process

To start a return, email siliconerebornbabies98@gmail.com with your order reference and photos of the doll. We will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions so the doll is protected in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned doll, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your doll arrives damaged or is not the doll you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the doll and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
